2. How long does shipping take?
ESTONIA: Assuming that the product is in stock, the delivery time is generally 1-3 working days in Estonia. We complete most orders on the same day, and the shipping company delivers the package in 1-2 days. In case the product is not in stock or there is some other concern why the delivery of the order may be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
FINLAND, LATVIA and rest of EUROPE: Delivery is generally 3-5 working days, if the product is in stock.
3. What are the shipping fees?
In Estonia, Latvia and Finland, shipping of all orders is completely FREE. For the rest of Europe and Scandinavia, shipping is 20€ for home delivery.
We ship to the Baltics and most Scandinavian and European countries. Shipping options will be shown at check-out.
4. Can I pick up my order?
You can pick it up yourself at our stores: Laki 4 in Tallinn or Turu 41 in Tartu. The stores are open Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you choose to pick up your order yourself, please wait until the store employee informs you that the products are available in the store and assembled for you. We generally notify by calling, if we cannot reach the customer, we also send an email.
5. What does “available on backorder” mean?
The product is marked “in stock” or “available on backorder”. The latter means that we do not have the product in stock right away. We order the product especially for you. Delivery time varies, depending on the product, from a few working days to 2-3 weeks. If you want more detailed information about the delivery time, call us or use the chat window. If your order includes such a product, we will definitely let you know and specify the delivery time.
6. How to pay by bank transfer?
If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method at checkout, you must pay for the order on the basis of an advance invoice. It will be sent to you after placing the order as an email called “order confirmation”. There are the necessary requisites to complete the transfer. Don’t forget to mention the order number in the explanation! We will send a PDF invoice after the goods are sent from the warehouse.
7. Is it possible to pay with an e-invoice?
Yes, of course it is. We can provide e-invoices for ordered goods to Estonian companies and national institutions.
If you want to make your purchase conveniently from the webstore, choose “bank transfer” as the payment method and add the necessary information for an e-invoice in the order notes box.

8. What to do if I don’t like the product?
Contact us and we will agree on the most convenient way for you to return the product. Once we have received and checked the goods, we will issue a refund. We make returns within 14 days at the latest, but usually within a couple of working days.
9. My company has a quote, how can I order from the online store?
Place an order in the webstore as usual, choosing “bank transfer” as the payment method. Leave the order unpaid and we will send you an invoice that corresponds to the quote.
10. Can I create a user account to see my order history?
Very good question! Unfortunately, this option is not yet available in our online store, but it is included in our future plans.
11. I can’t find the right size/product
If there is no size chart in the product description or the size that suits you is not available in the online store, call or write in the chat window below and we will quickly help you find the best solution. We also point out that our product range is much larger than what is visible in the online store, so if you do not find a suitable product, do not be afraid to contact our sales managers.
