How to use disposable ice packs?
Dispotech was the first to patent the disposable instant freezer bag. Using the disposable cold pack is easy: after pressing the button in the middle of the pack, an instant cooling process takes place, resulting in a temperature of -4 °C. At this point, you simply need to place a disposable ice pack on the affected area.

Remember:

limit contact with the ice pack to a maximum of 15 minutes to prevent frostbite
make sure the area to be treated is cleaned before using a disposable ice pack
The instant cooling pack is disposable, so you can only use it once
