Product Description

BACTICID is an alcohol-based ready-made solution for rapid disinfection of alcohol-resistant surfaces. It is convenient to use as a ready solution. Medical devices must be disinfected regularly, according to the disinfection plan, after each patient visit. The product BACTICID uses pure and low-volatile ethyl alcohol to prevent the development of respiratory allergies. BACTICID has a broad fungicidal and bactericidal effect, destroys Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, incl. the causative agent of tuberculosis and fungi, deactivates both enveloped and non-enveloped viruses (including HBV, HIV, rota- and adeno).

USE:
BACTICID is an effective tool for the rapid disinfection of medical equipment such as operating tables, stretchers, patient chairs, hospital and delivery beds, wheelchairs, etc. for disinfection in conditions of heightened hygiene requirements, where disinfection is the most important prophylactic measure to prevent infection.
BACTICID is a ready-made solution and does not require dilution.

Not suitable for use on acrylic glass and alcohol-soluble varnish. If the tolerance of the coating to alcohol is not known, it can be tested on an inconspicuous part of the surface. The product is suitable for use on the following surface coating materials: metals – stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass; floor covering materials: PVC, linoleum; ceramic tiles and plastics, glass surfaces.

No need to wash off. Does not change the visual appearance of surfaces. Can also be used for rapid disinfection of surfaces in contact with food.
BACTICID is applied to the surfaces of medical equipment with a moistened cloth or paper. The surface must remain visibly moist.

Effect time 30 seconds.

If there is a visible discharge on the surface, first remove it with a cleaning agent, dry the surface and disinfect with Bacticide.

Because BACTICID has passed tests for BVDV (HCV surrogate) and vaccinia viruses, the product inactivates all encapsulated viruses. Based on these tests, it can be stated that BACTICID is also effective in the so-called against blood-borne viruses such as HBV, HCV and HIV, as well as viral groups such as orthomyxoviruses (including influenza virus, H5N1) and herpes viruses (Herpes simplex virus). According to these tests, we confirm that Bacticid also works against blood-borne viruses (such as HBV, HCV and HIV, in addition to Herpes viruses.

The product complies with EN 1040, EN 13727, EN 1275, EN 1276, EN 14348, EN 13624, EN13697 , EN 1650, EN 14476 requirements.

IN CASE OF EYES: rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if used and easy to remove.Rinse again.Store in a well-ventilated area.Keep container tightly closed.
